As a young and ambitious girl, Dr. Parineeta did her MBBS from Government Medical College, Amritsar. This was followed by MS Ophthalmology from Government Medical College, Patiala. She has done her vitreo-retina fellowship from Sri Sankaradeva Nethralaya, Guwahati which is one of the most sought-after institutes for retina training in India. She has completed a fully practical course in Small Incision Cataract Surgery from I-care eye centre, Noida which was followed by a training course in Phacoemulsification from the same institute. On the academic front, she has a total of 8 publications in her name published in various national and international journals.

Vitreo retina Consultant at Dhami Eye Care , Ludhiana for 15 years.

She has managed thousands of complex vitreo-retina cases over the years. She is a member of the esteemed American aesthetic society and has a special interest in the field of Botox and Fillers. She is fond of doing philanthropist work in her free time and is the founder member of the NGO: Mera Vaid Guru Gobinda aimed at taking every possible care of under-privileged diabetic patients especially those who are suffering from eye diseases.
